The Shopping Centre “Le Terrazze” with a GLA of 38.500sqm is situated in La Spezia. The city is one of the four provinces in Liguria and occupies a strategic location between Nord and South of Italy.

As capital city, La Spezia has a population of 95.000 inhabitants; it is also an important military base in Italy. Its economy is mainly based on the commercial harbor (third in Italy for cargo handling), on tertiary sector and tourism.

Le Terrazze is the first step in a project of urban requalification of La Spezia, which includes an area of 25 hectares, close to the city center.

The Centre – from the architectural project to the logo – is in harmony with the landscape and strictly connected to the history and the peculiar structure of the territory.
